Most of our daily volume runs through Yuma city. Residential cleanouts, roof replacements, remodels, estate clearouts, and post-monsoon damage cleanup — we handle all of it across every part of the city.

Winterhaven has a significant number of RV parks and winter communities along the river, and we handle seasonal cleanouts for snowbird residents here regularly. Next-day delivery standard. Areas Just Outside Our Zone — Be Honest, Call First
We focus on Yuma County. Areas like Quartzsite, Parker, Gila Bend, El Centro (CA), and Blythe (CA) are at or beyond the edge of our regular delivery range. We do not automatically say no to these — call us and describe the project and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
Tucson and Phoenix are outside our service zone. At roughly 180 miles from Yuma, those cities are better served by local operators closer to them.
Delivery Notes That Matter for Yuma County
A few things that affect delivery in our area that no national company thinks about:
Gated communities and HOA access:
Fortuna Foothills has a high concentration of gated communities and HOA-governed properties. Provide gate codes when you book. Check your HOA’s CC&Rs for container placement rules before booking.
MCAS Yuma and Yuma Proving Ground:
Military base addresses have specific access requirements. If you are delivering to on-base housing, call ahead to confirm access procedures. Base housing adjacent areas (off-base military neighborhoods) have no special requirements.
Monsoon season (June 15 – September 30):
Demand spikes after major storms. Same-day availability is prioritized for emergency storm cleanup situations. Call us directly during active storm events — we work to accommodate urgent situations even outside regular hours.
Agricultural areas:
Large portions of Yuma County are active farmland and agricultural operations. We serve residential and commercial addresses — not active agricultural fields.
